The interview process at WeSkill for the Business Development Analyst position was structured, comprehensive, and focused on evaluating both technical and interpersonal skills. Initially, there was an aptitude test covering analytical skills, logical reasoning, and basic business concepts. This was followed by one or more rounds of interviews, where questions centered on my understanding of business development principles, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.Each stage provided an opportunity to showcase my competencies, align my goals with the company’s vision, and understand the role better.

Interview was good and hr was friendly. The interview mainly focusses on hr question and bussiness development and personal questions . Resume based project questions are also asked in this inerview

The interview was video screening and the interviewer maam (Aditi Soni) was very clear and asked about the project and hr. questions and some questions related to business analysis and it was for 15 min.
