The actual interview went very well. I interviewed with two people and it was very positive and upbeat. However, I had to keep emailing the recruiter for updates on the position. I received hardly any communincation. Each week I would ask for an update and each week I was told the interviews were still taking place and that a decsion would be made the following week. It has been two months and still no communication about the role. The job is still posted which tells me they are extremely picky for the amount of people they said they had to interview. Skills can be taught, it seems to me that they are looking for a very specific person and have no urgency to fill this role.
