Not a good experience. I applied through Myfuture app.in. Got 2 calls from the co. regarding the interview process and virtual interview was scheduled and I attended it few days back. I had a good experience and got a positive response from the interviewer as well but they never called me back for the 2nd round of interview. And they wanted immediate candidate and I was ready for that too. If you don't want to select the candidate don't give them false hope and don't tell them during the interview that you will be selected or looking to on board you etc. Don't play with someone's emotions in this hard time. If you are a holder of a job that doesn't mean you will play with the candidate's time and efforts. Utilities it to make someone life and career better. Reputed organisations never do that, they always revert back whatever is the final decision. I guess it was just fake interview just to get the resumes of the candidates and sell them to other party. Just Worst!!!
