Easy informal, you meet with the manager or assistant manager. Meant for first job or highschool students you will likely work long hours if you want a good paycheck. But you are in a relaxed environment. So not much stress.

Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
