A fairly standard process with the normal questions most places ask. Not many surprises here at all. All in all it is a fair interview process. You will be interviewed by two managers.

Easy and prepare for behavioural questions. Also about your previous experience in food industry. I was asked about the availability too if you drive and how soon can you start working
Easy process to interview with wendys. Worked there throughout high school and college. Great company to work for. Would be a good first job for any kids looking to make some extra money.

Short, straight to the point, only asked about my location, hour and day preference, and the one major request was to not bring drama into the workplace. Asked about previous experience as well.
