telephone interview, formal interview including a computer literacy test and then 2 interviewers with questions each on examples of how you handled certain situations. Try to demonstrate the key values of the trust

An online application form with example based questions, followed by a short telephone interview,, quickly afterwards was invited for face to face interview, staff were friendly, I didn't land the job but that is the way it goes.
