10 Rooms, 10 different questions, 5 minutes in each room, didn’t feel as though you could shine your full potential to 10 different people in 5 minutes, it was tough, not like any normal interview

Intense, quick fire, 3 minutes stations with one question each, 10 stations. Paramedic, management, equality and diversity employees did the interviewing. Also provided different stations to ask questions about the service whilst waiting for interview.

10 rooms with individual interviewers inside, knocked and entered, interviewer asked question and i could speak for 5 minutes then whistle was blown outside of the room and had to leave and move to next room etc etc
