Entrevista
I applied for the position twice, once on Welocalize's careers website in November and once on LinkedIn in December. I was not contacted when I applied on their website, but I received a phone call from a recruiter the next day when I applied on LinkedIn. The phone call took about 15 minutes. I was given a detailed overview of the job, nothing really detailed about the job function but about pay / work hours / benefits / vacation (no paid time off). I was asked to come in for an interview the next day, but when I told them I could not make it they said they'll be on break for the holidays and hiring would resume in January.
In January I reached out to the recruiter again, and was told I'd be contacted once they resume hiring. They got back to me a couple of days later for a Skype interview that lasted 15 minutes. They asked what feedback I'd received in past positions, if I was familiar with iOS, and if I was okay with repetitive work.

The first interview was a phone call. Then an in person group interview. At the end we were given a very easy test. I think everyone I interviewed with got an offer.

The interview had questions about getting to know you and what kind of work environment you are comfortable with. It also entailed a small aptitude test. Nothing that anyone can/should study for.
