Applied online, received a call from a manger on the unit, scheduled an in person interview. Arrived to the interview which lasted approximately 30 mins. The manager said we would be in touch. I was sent an offer letter the next business day.

Interview was short direct and to the point. No intimidating question while also being very thorough. Everything was explained about the role and the culture and environment of the work place.
