The interview process can be two-three times. First interview is with a recruiter. Second interview will be with two branch managers. The third interview will be with the area manager . Practice lots of behavioral questions. Salary is very competitive across the financial industry.

Entrevista
Initial screening interview with the HR Recruiter, basic questions on employment history, critical thinking and problem solving skills. Second round of interviews with direct hiring manager and another manager from a separate team. Third and final interview with senior leadership.

The team was very professional. Human Resources was organized and cognizant of my schedule. The interviews were focused and included questions both technical and behavioral. The entire experience was very positive and left a good impression.
