First I applied, then one day later they emailed me a web screening test. I passed and it gavee a number to call a recruiter to schedule an interview. The earliest day they had was about a week later. They sent me to the wells Fargo in downtown which was the group interview that consisted of about 9-10 people and one interviewer. We filled out a paper where we put down three references, hours, and info and the interviewer collected that plus two resumes. After that we watched a video on wells fargo experience. The interviewer asked us to state our name, previous employer and why we left, why wells Fargo, and what we do besides work. then asked three questions, interviewees wrote them down and answered randomly, out loud. Sales, customer service, and when went above amd beyond giving customer service. describe, challenges, and outcome. One week later, recruiter called and asked me to come into the branch I applied for, for a one on one interview with the branch manager. I have yet to do that which is Tuesday :)
