I was first contacted by a recruiter for a typical phone screen asking about my past experience and expectations for the rest of the process. After about a week I was sent an invite for the interview. The interview itself is typical behavioral based questions. Interviewers were buried deep in their computers and typing away, there was no eye contact. They then used a recruiter to interview my current manager and because my manager did not want to lose me, they turned me down for the position.

I applied at the end of the month. A few days after the position had closed I received an email asking me for a phone interview. I had a phone interview 1 week after they told me I was going to move to the next step and do the phone screening. After that phone interview the recruiter told me before i got off the line that I would be moving forward and not to worry about it. One week after that I was scheduled for an in person interview. Another week after getting that I had the interview where it the actually manager who I would be working under and another manager via phone from a different location. They asked me 5 questions 1 regular 4 were (Star) but I used star format for everything. After that they asked me if I had any question. They were very good at remaining neutral I wasn’t sure how they felt. But they told me they’d let me know something within 2-4 weeks. 2 weeks later exactly I received an email telling me I had been offered the job :) in total the process took about 5-6 weeks.
