This was a HirVue Interview for the 2025 summer internship program. I was asked 4 behavioral questions, each with 3 attempts and a limit of 3 minutes. Not super easy but also not super hard. I have not heard back from the video interview yet so I am not sure if I will/have gotten an offer. The questions I was ask were versions of generic interview questions. 1. Tell us why you are interested in this role. 2. Describe a time when your work accuracy was not as good as you thought it could be. What steps did you take to address this? 3. Tell me about a time when you realized that your knowledge or understanding of the latest trends, information, or tools in a certain area was lacking. 4. Give me an example of a time when you had to convince your team to accept an idea that they initially opposed. What did you do?
