The interview process starts with a phone interview (screening process) then if you make it through the first round, you'll be invited for a second interview with the branch manager, district manager, and sometimes FA manager. The branch manager is the manager you will report to. Sell yourself to the DM, or FA manager. They generally have the deciding vote.

I had interview with 2 branch managers… I’d interviewed for this position twice before and the DM was also there . I didn’t get offers then
But I spent a lot of time preparing for this one and did receive an offer .

The interview process was about 3 weeks, however, they were looking for a quick turnaround time. It involved a phone screening, and then an interview with two individuals focusing on "STAR" questions.
