The interview process is all behavioral questions where have to answer a STAR format (Specific situation, Tasks, Actions you took, and Results/Outcomes). They consist of development, customer service, innovation, handling conflict, coaching/mentoring, etc.

Describe a time when you had to diffuse a situation. What was the situation, the steps you took, and the outcome?
Overall, smooth process. First, it was a phone screening with recruiter. Then, I moved on to a two person in-person panel interview with the hiring manager and the district manager.

Initial application is online, you are invited to a phone screen with a recruiter if you meet the requirements, if you are selected to move on based on the phone screen you will complete an in person interview with the Branch Manager, District Manager, Business Execution Consultant or possibly other management.
