First you will get a phone interview and if you pass you will set a time and date for a 1 on 1 interview. Virtual or in person. My experience was easy and smooth sailing.

Tell me a time you showed excellent customer service
Over the phone and email back and forth until orientation was set up and scheduled. Spanish test given for bilingual positions but somewhat easy to pass and get approved by the third party service
