Phone interview. Started out reasonable, did not remain there. First discussed job and qualifications, which seemed like a match. However, then it went into asking about things that I would do without any understanding of the company's delivery process. I was not prepared to answer and found that frustrating.

Multiple 1:1 interviews each held in a single day. Interviews where held at various levels of leadership, stakeholders, peers and colleagues. The consistent theme from each of the interview as the pursuit of the right fit.
