If that goes well, the next step is a 30-minute in-person interview at the branch. That interview focuses more on customer service, cash handling, and how you handle different situations. After that, they move forward with background checks before making an offer.

The interview process was okay. The person interviewing did not know how to sell the company and position being offered. I think they should train the managers to sell a company especially when the candidate is a first place employee and has many different options.
