I had 20 minute call with the recruiter, about a week later I had an hour with the hiring manager and their manager. I was offered a position the next day.

HR screening first. First interview with hiring manager. 2nd interview with 2 direct reports. It took a couple of weeks for them to respond. They were late to each interview.
