Horrible! Applied online, got asked for a phone interview but then I went through a 30 min phone interview only to find out BY THE RECRUITER that the job has always been FILLED and they're just conducting interviews for the sake of the "HR process". They wasted my time and effort whilst fully knowing that there is no chance of a job...

Met with two branch managers they gave me a bunch of water and they had structured questions after they asked me those structured questions we started just having a normal conversation now I am waiting for a response online I sent an email the night of the interview saying thank you and now the online website says processing, we’ll see what happens

Easy and quick interview process. It involved one call with a recruiter, and an in-person interview with a manager. Manager asked traditional interview questions and several behavioral questions asking me to provide examples. Overall process was about 3 weeks from application to offer.

The interview process was very smooth you get total of 2 interviews the first one with the recruiter and the second is with the mangers that you will be working in thier branch

It was all situational questions when they give you specific situations and you have to explain how you dealt with them in a way that benefits the customer and the bank
