Phone screen with HR. About as dry as it gets, very scripted questions, no flow of conversation, took about 35 minutes, she then read a mile of information about the company, position, and manager. Said they would notify all candidates in one week as to whether they were moving on or not, didn't hear anything. 1.5 months later got an email saying candidacy was terminated - um, duh?

None, just surprised it wasn't more conversational.
It was a screener call, a general situational interview, and a prepared product presentation. Overall it was very standard and if you are prepared with general knowledge and experience you should be fine
The interview process was relaxed, honest, and genuine. Interviewer discussed many goals, initiatives, and challenges. The environment was relaxed, with a myriad of people in the office. Felt very comfortable.
