first spoke with the recruiter, very helpful. was going to schedule interview with hiring leader, later informed by the recruiter the role was taken by internal candidates. the process took less than 2 weeks.

why are you interested in Wells Fargo? why do you think you are a good fit?
Couple of panels, direct and detailed questions, definitely prepare responses based on job description. Come with thoughtful questions and be focused on risk management. Recruiters respond pretty quickly. I asked for email addresses to send follow up notes too.
