Applied online. Immediately heard back from the recruiter two days later. First round was a typical HR screen. Final round was a 3 person panel interview. It went extremely well, I thought I was going to get the opportunity, but they decided to choose a candidate with more domain experience. While disappointing, I have nothing but positive things to say about the communication and the people I interviewed with.
