Within a week of submitting my application, I scheduled a phone interview with my direct supervisor. I completed the phone interview and was asked to schedule an in-person technical and cultural interview. The technical interview comprised of work history discussions and how my experience would relate directly to the position. The cultural interview comprised of how I work with a team and how engaged I would be with the company at large.
