Their human recruiter found me on LinkedIn and then I gave her my resume. After that, we went through phone screen and some basic questions like desired salary. After that, they invited me to have a preliminary on-site interview with one of their staff, and that's it for the day, no coding test, just conversations.
After that, I got to their first formal round of on-site interview, it took me a whole day to meet the team mate, the direct manager, and eventually the stakeholder. They guided me to a conference room and had people come to find me. Some people may not be onsite so I will have a remote call with them in the conference room. Conversations will mostly be informal interviews about the resume, but the direct manager asked questions that were typical behavior questions. Since I am not allowed to leave the conference room alone, they provided a lunch menu and let me pick lunch worth 20~30 dollars.
Unfortunately, it was one of my early interviews after having a full-time job, so I was not very well prepared for the behavior questions. Suggest candidates to be well prepared since they told me that my first round of interviews is not the final round, and if I can make it to the last interview, there will be at least two whole days of interviews.
