The interview process was incredibly consistent and well organised, with 10/10 communication throughout. Luan, the TA Lead Associate, provided clear details from the very start, set expectations early on and everything was delivered exactly as outlined. The four stage interview process was thorough but felt very human. I really appreciated the use of case studies alongside meaningful conversations - the team genuinely took the time to get to know me as a person, not just my skills or experience. The role feels incredibly well aligned with my experience, and the interview process gave me a clear and positive view of Wellhub as an organisation.
