No respect for other people's timing. The interview was scheduled in the middle of the day, but started later than scheduled time, went on for more than an hour, where lots of information of a confidential nature was gathered in an intimidating environment. One junior person anchoring the interview, who had no idea what he wanted to know. Two other people barged in on the interview, and walked out after asking some quick, sharp, focused questions, where the intent was not to gauge the suitability of the candidate, but rather gathering information that would serve well for an aggressively (not necessarily positive) growing firm like theirs.
