My interview experience was positive. The panel was friendly, approachable, and helped create a calm atmosphere. The questions were relevant to the Lab Assistant role and covered both role fit and technical experience. They asked about teamwork, handling challenging situations, previous cell culture experience, and how my practical laboratory skills matched the role. Although I was not selected, the feedback was encouraging. I was told that I performed well, but the successful candidate had more direct stem cell experience, while my experience was mainly in primary cell culture.

It was not too crazy, all reasonable questions. We did a lab tour, not bad at explaining day-to-day work, looks like good team. Didn't get an offer at the end because they decided not hiring anymore
