It was just a phone call; it did not go well. We could not even hear ourselves. Then they reinvited me for another call, but because of the attitude, i denied it.

I applied for a different position but was interviewed for a PM position, without prior notice. The interview was more like an ambush without any usual soft-skill questions. They started asking about my previous working style but it wasn't clear to me for which they were looking for. My impression was their internal processes were not established.
