Got the interview through a job agency. I was informed the interview would be for 1 hour and 45 minutes. ​1 hour written test, followed by 45 minutes technical discussion. ​Interview started by 9:00 AM. Writing test was elaborate . 1. Problem solving skills 2. Analytical/Logical/Lateral thinking 3. Solution/Integration/System/Test. This took an hour. The technical interview panel compromised of 3 persons. They took whopping 2.5 hours on technical discussion. An interview which was supposed to last for 1 hour 45 minutes took entire morning session. To add injury they took a long time (40 days) to notify the outcome and told me I am not selected.
