About 4 interviews. You meet with a directors, sales managers, and maybe the president. They want to make sure that you have the commitment to do the job and finish the season.

What motivates you? How flexible are you? Examples of hiring, coaching, and developing a team?
Fairly straight forward interview process, went over my resume and work history, inquiring about past experiences. When you make it past the interview process you will be required to do one afternoon of supervisor / health and safety training in Scarborough. Will have approximately 2 days of on the job training with someone experienced at the job, then you will be on your own.
* Although the job is titled Marketing Manager it is really more of a lead generator (and or) outside sales supervisory role.

No difficult questions really, they will ask if you have any lawn service experience, it is beneficial, but definitely is not mandatory.
Will ask you during the interview to come up with a sale pitch. This sales pitch you will have to pitch to the sales or regional manager. It will be something not related to their business i.e a trip to Florida
