I applied online from an ad on Kijiji. I heard back in a few days over the phone and we set up an in-person interview. I was interviewed by the Digital and Event Director (now my immediate superior) and the Communications Coordinator. They asked pretty standard questions about my knowledge of social media and work experience. They also gave me a small written test (1 page front and back) at the end of the interview to test my knowledge and creativity.
