Company sounds great. I got the impression after the end call with the recruiter they where not looking to hire. Felt like they are just marketing the company.

Entrevista
It took 3 weeks. One phone interview with the recruiter. One in person interview with the recruiter. One in person interview with 2 supervisors at once and one last interview with Darin Puhl, president of Flip Operations along with one of the previous supervisor.
All interviews went well with the exception of the last one. Puhl was all over the place with the questions from "tell me about your hobbies" to "tell me your biggest weakness" and moving on to the next question without letting me gather a bit more thoughts to finish.
