I went through three rounds of interviews for this role. Despite having close to three years of relevant experience, I was offered a very basic compensation. During the interview process, they verbally agreed to proceed and specifically asked me to share my offer letter. However, after I shared it, there was no response at all. Repeated follow-ups were ignored, and the behavior of both the management came across as highly unprofessional and arrogant. This experience reflects poorly on their hiring process and overall candidate handling.
