I immediately ended the interview upon finding out that they demand you sign a non compete agreement that would essentially prevent you from working for any other company as a developer in the Portland metro area for a year and a half wether you are fired or left on your own terms. This is probably the scumiest thing I have ever seen a web development shop do in my 8 years in this industry. Make no mistake if you get a job here and sign that agreement you will either need to move to another city to work or change careers for a year and a half.
