Recruiter screen, technical take-home assignment, hiring manager/peer interview. While the process was more or less as expected, there are some real areas for improvement. The technical staff need to receive interview training. With the exception of the recruiter, none of my interviewers started with an introduction of themselves or their role. They also asked questions that revealed a lack of training and fair process - my hiring manager interview ended with, "What is your spirit animal?" which is not professional. Took over a week after last interview to receive a rejection.
