I received an email from HR asking if I was interested in the consumer internship. Since I was out-of-state she scheduled an Skype interview with five different executives from the consumer practice. Each interview was timed at 20 minutes each and in total lasted an hour. The interview was formal and mainly focused on my internship choices, why I wanted to practice PR, and my interest in the company.

Interview is conducted individually against a panel of interviewers and in-person. Written test is also administered before or after the interview in their office. Overall a typical internship interview experience.

As varied as PR usually goes, interviews are usually dynamic and depends on the hiring manager/supervisor that assesses you. Answering honestly is probably the most important thing there is to it as the interview is where they place you into suitable teams.

I rechead out to the HR of the company. The first round was on the phone, after cleaaring that i was shortlisted for the second round. the second round was in the office.
