I had a longer interview process at Webdam, but I think that was impacted because of it being for a remote office. I had 5 interviews from speaking to a recruiter, all the way to my demo with the GM of the company. It was pretty flexible and I had about an interview every week for 5 weeks. Since they are under Shutterstock, then the offer process and getting the final paperwork is another few weeks. Overall, it was a positive experience! The recruiter and HR contacts reaching for scheduling were always available and able to answer questions very quickly as well, which is always great to see from a company.

The interview process was very straight forward. An internal recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn and scheduled a 30 minute call to discuss my resume and the open position. The call was very informative and the recruiter scheduled a call with a current CSM and one more additional call via Google Hangouts with the VP of Sales. After passing those three stages, they brought me onsite to the San Mateo office to meet the full team (CSM's, Support, VP of Sales and Dir of CS). The office was very lively with people interacting and engaging with other's (always a good sign). The interviews themselves were not overly difficult, most of the interviewers focused on my successes and how I could bring that to the table at WebDAM. Overall, my experience was awesome. The interview process was quick and the team spent a lot of time getting to know me during the interviews. The recruiter and operations team were very timely getting this whole process scheduled and had an offer letter to me less than 2 weeks after our first contact. Looking forward to a long and happy career at WebDAM!
