There was a written test on aptitude initially. After the written test you are called for Managerial round by a manager who does not anything about technology except domain experience. He does not any kind of technical questions since he is from Mechanical background. Once interview is done so called HR calls who works as part- time admin as well. There is no formal HR interview as such in this company. Manager tells about the compensation being offered.

Only 1 Face to face interview. 2 managers took the interview. 1 Technical and another was gauging my personality. Technical was very easy, basic oops concepts, Software engineering concepts etc The regular questions like why do you want to join Webcetera etc... The technical round had nothing to do with my job. I was made a Script engineer (which had nothing to do with Programming).
