A day of group and individual activities where you were assessed/graded based on how you performed, however I’m not sure exactly what they look at when assessing good performance, you were in different groups for each activity which kept it interesting but you also really felt like you’re competing

Was an interesting and unconventional day of activities and interviews. Was 1 of 16 other candidates there, some tasks are group work and some individual tasks. I’m not sure what they look for, as you get a response within 24-48 hours. I got rejected before 24 hours even though I didn’t think I did badly
