Interview process was chaotic. They said it was going to be 3 interviews, then it turned into 4. After the third interview they cancelled the fourth and offered me the role. They had multiple AE’s quit on the same day and wanted to fill ASAP (red flag). The hiring manager said “no one has successfully negotiated a hire salary, but you are welcome to try.” So I tried. WebPT ended up ghosting me for multiple days and finally sent a text that were rescinding my offer. So you’re welcome to try to negotiate, but they will rescind your offer letter if you do. There are thousands of better paying, remote SDR jobs out there, with unlimited PTO. Go somewhere else.
