I was interviewed 3 years ago and it was an exceptional opportunity for me to go into detail about my employment goals and to also hear from the founders about their vision of the company. The interview as not stiff or uncomfortable. I was given plenty of time to talk about my previous job and to discuss my IT skills and goals, and at the same time the founders gave me a detailed review of WebPT, its synthesis, and the long-term vision and culture of the company.
