Met with manager of the team and current planners on the team. Was asked questions like what I currently do and how I think this new role applies to what I currently do.
Easy, not intimidating. Super day interview consisting of 3 30 minute interviews. They got back to me very quickly with an offer. They took their time to explain exactly what the position entails.

This was the most unprofessional interview process I have ever come across. I followed up after I had the job interview and the woman who I followed up with said that another person would reach out to me. They never did. I followed up about five times. HR-- THIS IS YOUR JOB! Let people know if they have or have not received a job offer. The process was absolutely ridiculous.
