The recruiter reached out to me within hours of me applying and scheduled a video interview for the following day. The Director I interviewed with was kind, but also a little snarky about me not having experience in writing about health related topics even though the job posting had clearly stated that it would be nice to have, but was not a requirement. He seemed to not be interested in our conversation beyond that point.
