Recruiter emailed me to set up interview, put salary range in there etc. The interview itself was with 4 people, one at a time, a senior editor, editorial manager, a director and one other person

Straightforward interview; not many questions on editing which surprised me. More on strengths and weaknesses, why do you want to work here; etc. I felt I was repeating myself because a lot of them asked the same questions. Seemed more like they were trying to get a feel of me rather than caring what I said.

Entrevista
I was interviewed three times by this company the past three months. Twice I was interviewed by three people in two different departments. For the first job, someone in house was hired.So why interview? The second time, I had people doubting I'd like it there or wanting to know I used the same system to edit elsewhere. No two companies do things the same way. For the third interview, this time with one person on the phone, she doubted I'd want to work there with a PhD and did not like it when I honestly answered I never used Medscape for work. So why interview me if you doubt I'd want to work there? The interviewers were confused and disorganized, and-or judgmental.
