Three in-person interviews with multiple people each time. An in-depth take home test (though they stopped doing the tests). Interfaced with a lot of personalities but some felt like they were just meeting with me to assess cultural fit, not really to evaluate my skills. Was more of a series of conversations about my past work experiences and what would be required in the position.
