I applied online and was then sent a written interview. It consisted of 20 questions that I had to answer within 24 hours. The questions were very difficult and required at least a paragraph each. I was then asked to come into the office for an interview. The interviewer was very energetic and gave me a tour. We then sat in a conference room for over an hour and she asked me lots of questions and then gave me two tests on math and editing.
