I had a phone interview first with the interactive manager and then an in-person interview with two designers, a manager, and the company founders. The in-person interview also involved taking an aptitude test ( I suggest taking some online, the math part can be tough!) and shadowing another designer. I am only rating this interview as difficult because the expectations are high and the process is so thorough. You should be very well prepared as the CEO/co-founder could be in your interview. Overall, my in-person interview lasted around 3hrs.
