Preliminary "phone interview" held after "review" of my application. No in depth questions or real room for conversation for a better understanding of the role. Just a list of about 10 questions of "how many years of x do you have?" which all could have been answered or at least safely assumed by reading my resume. At the end the only question I felt I needed to ask was about compensation, the interviewer was unwilling/unable to answer. An absolute waste of time - dodge this application process if you're looking for a company that respects your time.
