It was a one month very light process. I had one phone interview with the head hunter (by phone), a 1:2 HR interview and a 1:1 interview with two of the three partners in charge of the practice I joined. Question where mainly about my vision as Strategy Consulting Partner. For one on the partner interview I think I was listening my interviewer for about 80% of the time.
